The Vancouver Postcard meets on the first Sunday of each month (usually) at the Roundhouse Community Centre in Vancouver’s Yaletown. Meetings (usually) run from 1:00PM to 3:00PM with our monthly presentation starting at 2:00PM.

The Roundhouse is at 181 Roundhouse Mews, a short two-minute walk from the Yaletown Skytrain Station. These meetings are open to all who have an interest in postcards or history.

March 1: NOTE – No Roundhouse meeting. Instead, we meet at the Roedde House Museum, 1415 Barclay St., Vancouver. If you need directions, please visit https://www.roeddehouse.org/

Presentation: There will be four “mini-presentations'”. The first deals with the “History of Postcards” (Rein Stamm), followed by “Postcards of English Bay & Stanley Park” (Tim Woodland), then “A Look at Deep Cove” (Art Davies). The final presentation will be “The Q.S.L. Card” (Neil Whaley).

April 5: Back at the Roundhouse – Room number to be announced.
Presentation: Peter German’s topic will be RCMP Postcards.

May 3: NOTE – No Roundhouse meeting, see May 9, below.

May 9 (Saturday): The Club will hold its Annual Postcard Show at Burnaby’s Nikkei Centre. There will be 19 tables of Postcards, Ephemera, andPhotographs. Additional details to follow.

June 7: Back to the Roundhouse – Room number to be announced.
Presentation: Derren Carman’s topic will be the de Havilland Comet Airliner.

July 5: Room Number to be announced.
Presentation: Neil Whaley’s topic will be early Vancouver Hotels
