Our next Vancouver Postcard Club meeting is Sunday, February 9th, 2020.
Our speaker will be Jolene Cumming.
The Botanie Valley Expeditions, 1914-1929 – An illustrated talk by Jolene Cumming featuring postcards, photographs and stories about: “Botany John” Davidson, James Teit, Joe Martel, Philip Timms, the Vancouver Natural History Society and the local Nlaka’pamux people.
We will be meeting Sunday, February 9th at the Hastings Community Centre. Doors open at 11:30 am for trading, with the presentation beginning shortly after noon, and proceedings wrapping up by 2 pm.
All interested in postcards and our local and national history are welcome to attend.
