Philip Francis started collecting postcards in 2005 when his old friend, Chris McGregor, showed him a few cards from his Timms collection. For Philip, it was “love at first sight” and the rest, as they say, is history. Eight years, over 15,000 postcards, and quite a few dollars later, Philip will share his thoughts on how to assemble and organize a postcard collection and give a slide show on his ten favourite postcards (and perhaps a few more…). There will be boxes of postcards from a local dealer to look through and trade. Members are asked to bring along one of their favourite postcards to present to the meeting.

For members who have not yet paid their annual dues for 2013, please download the Membership Form (can be downloaded from this website) and bring along $15, cash or cheque payable to the Vancouver Postcard Club.
